1. All-Inclusive rates are per two adults, per night, based in double occupancy and are subject to changes without notice. Rates are based on our Standard Cabin. Pre-payment is required. You will be charged for the 35% after making your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged once you arrive to the hotel, at frontdesk. Not valid for groups or weddings. The food and services, as well as direct reservations on the property, the payment will be by credit card and/or debit. Rates in All-Inclusive Plan include all taxes and service fee. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in for incidental charges. Please read our terms and conditions.
2. Valid booking from now to 06/20/2026. Travel dates: from 02/01/2026 through 12/31/2027.
3. 3. Up to 2 children under 12 years old stay and eat free when sharing the same room with their parents. Valid only for reservations under the All-Inclusive plan.
   4. All activities are included in the resort rate. Some activities require prior reservation.
   5. The all-inclusive package begins at 3:00 p.m. with check-in and ends at 12:00 p.m. with check-out.
   6. Subject to restaurant hours. Beverages are served by the glass only; bottle service has an additional cost.
   7. Use of the Spa areas requires prior reservation. Spa treatments are not included. Access to the Spa area is not permitted for guests under 18 years of age.
   8. Promotion valid for 3 interest-free monthly installments when booking exclusively through our call center and paying with Citibanamex and American Express credit cards.
