- All-Inclusive rates are per two adults, per night, based in triple occupancy and are subject to changes without notice. Rates are based on our Standard Cabin. The food and services, as well as direct reservations on the property, the payment will be by credit card and/or debit. Rates in All-Inclusive Plan include all taxes and service fee. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in for incidental charges. Please read our terms and conditions.

3. All activities are included in the resort fee; however, some require prior reservation.
4. The all-inclusive package begins at 3 PM with check-in and concludes at 12 PM with check-out.
5. Availability is subject to restaurant operating hours. By-the-glass consumption is included, while bottle service incurs an additional charge.
6. Access to spa areas is available by reservation only. Spa treatments are not included, and entry to the spa area is restricted to guests over 18 years old.
7. We offer the option to pay over 3 months without interest exclusively when booking through our call center and paying with CitiBanamex and American Express credit cards.
