- All-Inclusive rates are per two adults, per night, based in double occupancy and are subject to changes without notice. Rates are based on our Standard Cabin. Pre-payment is required. You will be charged for the 35% after making your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged once you arrive to the hotel, at frontdesk. Not valid for groups or weddings. The food and services, as well as direct reservations on the property, the payment will be by credit card and/or debit. Rates in All-Inclusive Plan include all taxes and service fee. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in for incidental charges. Please read our terms and conditions.

3. Kids Free promotion is up to 2 kids on same room of parents, staying from Sunday to Thursday only. Valid for All-Inclusive reservations only. Not valid from (blackout dates) December 23, 2023 to January 03, 2024.
4. All activities are included in the resort rate. Some activities require prior reservation.
5. All-inclusive package begins at 3 PM with check-in and ends at 12 PM with check-out.
6. Subject to restaurant hours. Consumption by glass. Bottle service has an additional cost.
7. Use of Spa areas with prior reservation. Spa treatments are not included. No minors under 18 years old are allowed in the Spa area.
8. Payment in 3 interest-free installments is available only when booking through our call center and paying only with CitiBanamex and American Express credit cards.
