Terms and conditions
- All-Inclusive rates are per two adults, per night, based in double occupancy and are subject to changes without notice. Rates are based on our Standard Cabin. Pre-payment is required. You will be charged for the 35% after making your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged once you arrive to the hotel, at frontdesk. The food and services, as well as direct reservations on the property, the payment will be by credit card and/or debit. Rates in All-Inclusive Plan include all taxes and service fee. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in for incidental charges. Please read our terms and conditions.

3. More moments to share with the family. Up to two minors stay free all week. At Casa Lago, up to four minors stay free all week. Blackout dates: December 23 to 31, 2026.

5. The all-inclusive package begins at 3:00 p.m. with check-in and ends at 12:00 p.m. with check-out.
6. Subject to restaurant hours. Beverages are served by the glass only; bottle service has an additional cost.
7. Enjoy 10% off spa treatments of 50 minutes or more. Benefit cannot be accumulated or combined with other promotions. Use of the Spa areas requires prior reservation. Spa treatments are not included. Guests under 18 years of age are not allowed in the Spa area.
